Price Adjustments Planned for Silicone Products

As you are aware, the prices of raw materials are on the rise, and this trend is expected to continue. And with the steep rise in crude oil prices, the cost of energy used for manufacturing continues to increase.
Shin-Etsu has taken steps to cut manufacturing costs through various measures aimed at streamlining its operations. But despite our best efforts, due to recent rises in the cost of raw materials and energy, we find ourselves in a position in which it will be difficult to maintain the current pricing schedule.
Consequently, we are left with no alternative but to increase product prices by up to 15%, effective for shipments starting
